which are available to capture emails, But that software are paid. We have to pay something to use that software. So i am going to introduce Free Email Capturing Tool which helps you to generate leads.





Follow below step by step guide :  Use Google Docs as Free Email Capturing Tool Generate Leads and Convert into Sale. 

1. Open Google.com > Sign in your google account (with google login credentials)

2. Click on Google Drive by clicking on Drive in right side icons as showing in below image.

3. After open Google Drive Click on New > More > Google Form > From a Template.

 

4. After opening template gallery > Select "Contact Information" Template from template gallery.

5. Once you select "Contact Information" template, It will open like showing in below image.

6. In "Contact Information" you can see all required options like Name, Email, Address, Phone Number & Comments options but we are going to use it as email capturing so will customize it as per our requirements.

7. Once we hover on tabs we will get options to edit it or delete it as i am going to delete "Address", "Contact Number" & "Comments" tabs here is shown in below snapshot.

 

8. Once you hover and click on six dots front of any field you can able to delete all not required fields and able to customize it very easily as showing in below image.

 9. After done all required customization click on top right side 3 dots after that click on get pre-filled link as showing in below image.

13. After clicking on "Pre-filled link" contact from open in new tab & you will get an option to get link and you are able to see your full customized email capturing form.

Thats.. it ! Now you are able to share this link and integrate this link with your blog home page to get emails capture for your visitors and you can able to send email notification on every new post on your blog.
